We recommend booking as early as possible once your itinerary is confirmed, especially during high-demand periods like cherry blossom season, autumn leaves, holidays, or major exhibitions. Generally, booking at least 7 days in advance is advised, and 2-3 days for airport transfers. Actual availability is subject to the ARAJIN booking page and customer service confirmation.

Charter fees are usually calculated based on time or distance, covering the vehicle, driver service, and basic fuel. Highway tolls, parking fees, overtime, or special requests may be charged separately. As each itinerary is unique, actual prices require a custom quote. Please refer to our booking page and specialist's reply.

Yes. We provide Kansai airport transfers, Osaka city one-way transfers, and inter-city point-to-point services. You don't necessarily have to book for a full day. Vehicle arrangements and fees are subject to our customer service reply.

We track actual arrival times using your flight information. If delayed, the driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly. Waiting times and related policies are based on your booking confirmation.
