1. How far in advance should I book the charter service?

We recommend booking as early as possible once your itinerary is confirmed, especially during high-demand periods like cherry blossom season, autumn leaves, holidays, or major exhibitions. Generally, booking at least 7 days in advance is advised, and 2-3 days for airport transfers. Actual availability is subject to the ARAJIN booking page and customer service confirmation.

2. How is the charter fee calculated?

Charter fees are usually calculated based on time or distance, covering the vehicle, driver service, and basic fuel. Highway tolls, parking fees, overtime, or special requests may be charged separately. As each itinerary is unique, actual prices require a custom quote. 3. Can I book a one-way transfer only?

Yes. We provide Kansai airport transfers, Osaka city one-way transfers, and inter-city point-to-point services. You don't necessarily have to book for a full day. Vehicle arrangements and fees are subject to our customer service reply.

4. What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track actual arrival times using your flight information. If delayed, the driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly. Waiting times and related policies are based on your booking confirmation.

5. Can I change the itinerary or add stops at the last minute?

If the day's schedule and vehicle dispatch allow, routes or stops can be adjusted. Extra distance or time will incur additional fees. Adjustments and fee standards are subject to our company's evaluation.

6. Do you provide English or Chinese-speaking drivers?

We primarily serve English and Chinese-speaking travelers. Support in Chinese, English, or Japanese can be arranged upon request (subject to availability). Driver language arrangements will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

7. Can I request a specific driver?

You can request a specific driver during booking. If their schedule permits, we will arrange it, which may incur a designation fee. Actual arrangements and fees will be confirmed upon booking.

8. Does the charter fee include attraction tickets and meals?

The fee only covers the vehicle and driver service. Attraction tickets, meals, and personal expenses must be paid by the traveler. Please specify if you need assistance with bookings when making your reservation.

9. Do you provide child safety seats?

Infant or child safety seats can be arranged upon request. Please inform us of the child's age, height/weight, and the number of seats needed during booking. Arrangements and fees will be confirmed in your quote.

10. Can I bring large luggage?

Luggage capacity varies by vehicle type. We recommend providing the number and size of your luggage during booking so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle. Final arrangements are subject to company evaluation.

11. Do I need to tip the driver?

Tipping is generally not mandatory for charter services in Japan. If you are satisfied with the service, you may tip the driver entirely at your own discretion.

12. Can I rent by the hour?

We offer hourly charter services, commonly ranging from 4 hours, 8 hours, or customized hours within a 10-hour day. Available hours and prices will be quoted by our specialist based on your itinerary.

13. How are overtime fees calculated?

If the trip exceeds the originally booked time, an overtime fee will be charged based on the actual extended time. Overtime rates and calculations will be outlined in your quote and booking confirmation.

14. Can you arrange business reception or corporate charters?

Yes. We offer business transfers, corporate tours, exhibition receptions, and premium exclusive transport services, with flexible itineraries to meet corporate needs. Details and fees require a custom quote.

15. How do I pay?

Payment methods depend on the booking details and service type, usually provided after itinerary confirmation. Actual payment methods and timelines are subject to the booking page and our official notice.

16. What is the difference between a charter and a regular taxi?

A charter is an advance reservation private car service with pre-arranged drivers, vehicles, and itineraries. It offers clear pricing and high flexibility, making it ideal for airport transfers, family trips, and business receptions.

17. Do you provide custom itinerary planning services?

We offer custom itinerary planning based on your needs, including route scheduling, stay durations, and overall pacing. This service incurs an additional planning fee. Details and costs are subject to specialist evaluation.

18. Do you provide restaurant or attraction booking services?
